Ingredients

10 minutes
  1. 1 sticksalted butter (melted)
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/4 cupgranulated white sugar
  4. 1large egg
  5. 2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1 2/3 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupdark chocolate chips
  10. 1/2 cupwhite chocolate chips
  11. 1 cupmini marshmallows
  12. 1/4 cupred and green sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Add the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until well combined.

    Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Dump in the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. Dough will be soft.

    Stir in the dark and white chocolate chips and the sprinkles.

    Portion balls to medium size.

    Bake for 11 minutes exactly. Do not overbake. Cookies may look a bit underdone, but they will set up as they cool.

    Let cookies set on baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before eating.

    Store tightly covered for up to 5 days.
