Ingredients

30 minutes
100 cookies
  1. 1/2 cupbutter (about 110 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar (about 100 grams)
  3. 1/4 cupbrown sugar (about 50 grams, can substitute with granulated sugar)
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 180 grams)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  7. 1/2 cupchocolate chips or chunks (about 80 grams)

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

Cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer.

  2. 2

Add the egg and mix well, then sift in the flour, salt, baking soda, and chocolate chips, and mix until combined.

  3. 3

Take a small portion of dough (I make mini ones, about 5 grams each), roll into a ball, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 9-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before serving!

  5. 5

This recipe makes about 100 mini cookies. You can halve the quantities if desired.
*For crispier cookies, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
