Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsStew
  2. 1 cupSpring onions
  3. 2 cupsgyadar miya(groundnut) grinded
  4. 1 cupwell washed bitterleaf
  5. Spinach as wanted
  6. 10 piecesstock cube
  7. Salt as required
  8. Thyme
  9. Curry
  10. Turmeric
  11. Garlic
  12. Mixed spices
  13. Oil
  14. I suggest you include dried fish😋

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pot, add in all the spices except turmeric mix constantly for 2mins

    Add in your stew with spring onions stir and let simmer for 5mins

    Add in grinded gyadar miya(groundnut) stir and let simmer for 5mins again

    Add bitterleaf mix well cover lid and allow to cook for 10mins

    Lasly add stock cube, turmeric and spinach

    Simmer for 5mins and you're done💃💃💃

    Serve with Tuwo, Pounded yam, Rice, Spaghetti or anything of your choice
