A very healthy and delicious soup for you and your loved ones.
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pot, add in all the spices except turmeric mix constantly for 2mins

Add in your stew with spring onions stir and let simmer for 5mins

Add in grinded gyadar miya(groundnut) stir and let simmer for 5mins again

Add bitterleaf mix well cover lid and allow to cook for 10mins

Lasly add stock cube, turmeric and spinach

Simmer for 5mins and you're done💃💃💃

Serve with Tuwo, Pounded yam, Rice, Spaghetti or anything of your choice

I love soups. When making anything, I try to use as much fresh as possible. Especially Vegetables. Vegetable soup is one of my favorites. I would love to be able to always have it made so I could grab a soup mug or bowl full whenever I like. I always make 5-7 quarts of soup. I keep some out, place some in sandwich Ziplock baggies. This baggy makes one full bowl of soup.
