Ingredients

20-30 minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 1 kgcooked peel Prawns
  2. 3spring Onion
  3. 2 sticksCelery
  4. 250 gGluten free noodles
  5. 1small Broccoli head
  6. 1medium brown Onion
  7. 2medium Zucchini
  8. 2 TablespoonsParsley
  9. 3 TeaspoonsChicken stock (Massel powdered)
  10. 3 cupsWater
  11. 1 TeaspoonCracked pepper
  12. 1 TeaspoonFish sauce
  13. 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  14. 1 TeaspoonGinger (minced)
  15. 1 TeaspoonMiso paste
  16. 1 TeaspoonOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large saucepan over medium heat, add oil & cook diced onion, until tender, add ginger, garlic and miso. Add water & stock.

    Chop all other vegetables to desired size, add to soup mix (reserve 2 Tablespoons of spring onion for a garnish at the end) add fish sauce & season to taste. Bring to the boil, reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are soft. Add noodles to the soup & cook for a further 5-8 minutes, until cooked.

    Chop parsley, add to the soup. Serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
