Ingredients

  1. Egusi
  2. Palm oil
  3. Blended tomatoe,scotch bonnet,onion,garlic and ginger
  4. Onion
  5. 1 handfulspinach
  6. Meat stock
  7. cubesSeasoning
  8. Curry
  9. Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add palm oil and onion a pan,fry until translucent.Add your blended ingredients. Allow to fry for some minutes.

    Add some table spoon of water to your egusi and make a paste.Then scoop to the fried oil.mix until scrambled.

    Add meat stock,crayfish,seasoning cubes and curry to the scrambled egusi.Cover the pot and allow to cook until done.

    Add a handful of spinach allow the spinach to cook for 2mins.

    Your egusi soup is done.You can serve with your favourite swallow.
