  10. For pakoray
  11. 1 cupbaisan
  12. Salt
  13. 1onion
  14. Tempering
  15. 1/2 cupoil
  16. 1onion
  17. 2 clovesgarlic
  18. Curry leaves
  19. 1 tbspzeera
  20. 1green chili

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In grinder add baisan dahi n grind it

  2. 2

    Add salt red chilli green chili ginger garlic onion n grind it add kasuri methi too

  3. 3

    Add water in it n cook it for 3 hours

  4. 4

    Make pakora by mixing the ingredients

  5. 5

    Ready the tempering

  6. 6

    Add pakora to the curry, add tempering and serve.
