Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgram flour (besan)
  2. 1 cupchopped spinach (palak)
  3. 2potato cutted in thin round shape
  4. 1medium onion cutted in slice
  5. 1 cupchopped green coriander leaves
  6. 2-3green chillies chopped
  7. 1tspn red chilli powder
  8. Halftspn salt
  9. Halftspn white cumin seeds (safaid zeera)
  10. 2 pinchbaking soda
  11. Water as required to make mixture
  12. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    First of all in a bowl add besan and all the spices which I mentioned above

    Now first in the beans mixture coat round shaped potato one by one and deep fry it

  3. 3

    TIP, put 1 pinch of salt in the oil, pakoras will not absorb extra oil and your pakoras will be oil free

    Now after frying potato pakoras add chopped onion,palak in the remaining besan

  5. 5

    Put with your hands or spoon one by one in the wok for deep frying in medium flame

  6. 6

    Once it becomes golden from both sides take it out in a tussue paper and serve with ketchup or your favorite chutney and enjoy !
