Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsMaggi noodles(boiled)
  2. 1/2 cupthin slices cabbage
  3. 1/4 cupthin slices carrot
  4. 1/2 cupthin slices onions
  5. 2 tbspchopped green chilies
  6. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 cupgram flour
  8. 3 tbspcorn flour
  9. 1 packetMaggi Tastemaker masala for the mixture
  10. 1 packetMaggi Tastemaker masala for the sprinkle pakoras
  11. 1 tspsalt (as taste)
  12. 2 cupoil (for frying)
  13. 1/4 cupwater (for the mixture)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing add all the ingredient except (oil) mix all the things together, add little water if required, make tight mixture.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, make Maggi mixture shape pakoras using finger the mixture, now drop the pakora one bye one, fry the pakora untill golden and crisper. Now Maggi pakora is ready sprinkle Maggi Tastemaker masala, serve with chutney.
