Ingredients

  1. 500 gm sarson ka saag
  2. as required methi,palak,buthua
  3. 200 gms ginger,
  4. 10grmgarlic,
  5. as required haldi
  6. as per taste SALT,
  7. 3green chilli
  8. as required ghee
  9. 200grmMakki flour
  10. as required oats
  11. 1 teaspoonbesan
  12. 50grmMakhan ghar ka
  13. 1litterWater
  14. 10 gm jaggery
  15. 1 Green and red onion for tadka

Cooking Instructions

    All material put on handi and then gas on high flame and put on handi

    Putin water+salt haldi,garlic,ginger,green chilli,green onion,ghee put on handi and cover the hand 2 hour Medium flame

    Then after two hours to take rest and gas off then you punjabi madhani(hand grinder)makki ka atta and besan 1 spoon put on the sag and Medium Flame on gas 30 minto hi ready

    Lo ji abbot ready to eat saag and makki ki rotti ready for TerkasomeS onion Chopped some Garlic 6 pc green chilland,Andres chilli put on kadai and add Pure Ghee kedai onion and garlic some saute and put red and green chilli C
