Cooking Instructions

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add butter, milk and egg, mix well.

Transfer to a working space and knead for 13-15 minutes. Cover it and allow to raise for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough flat and spread butter, mix cinnamon and sugar then sprinkle on it.

Roll it in, use sharp knife to cut the rolls, rub a baking pan with butter and arrange the rolls, allow to rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake for 15 minutes or till golden brown. Glaze and enjoy!
