In Bowl, Combine Cumin, Paprika, Granulated Onion, Garlic and White Pepper, Set Aside

Place Large Skillet over medium high heat, drizzle 2 tbs of Olive Oil. Once hot, add diced onion and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown

Crumble Ground Beef into Skillet, sprinkle in salt and pepper, along with seasoning mixture from the separate bowl. Cook until Brown (5 minutes)

Add Garlic, Stir until it smells, add Tomato Paste

Pour Tomato Sauce along with the Diced Tomatoes, add some more salt. Allow sauce to simmer, low and uncovered for 20 minutes

While Sauce Simmers, Cook Elbow Macaroni according to package

Once Sauce is finished, stir in the parsley and add Macaroni. Stir well
- 8
Top the Macaroni with two grated cheeses, place the skillet under the broiler for 5 minutes, top off work parsley and serve.
