  2. 200 gram:Ghee
  3. 250 gram:Ghee
  4. Elachi powder Hasb-e-Zaiqa
  5. Dry Fruits
  6. 250 gram:Khoya

Cooking Instructions

    Gajar ko saaf kar ke Pani sy wash kar ke Grate(Kadukash) kar lain.

    Aur isye drain honye kisi Channye may dal kar Refrigerator may 2hours ke liye rakh dain tkye thora pani dry hojaye.

    Tip:Halwa bananye sy phelay chulay ke uper phelay High flame par Tawa gram kar lain Ab Taway ke uper Patila rkhye.Tawa rkhnye sy Halwa Jalye ga nahi aur patilye may 2tbs Ghee dalye aur flame ko medium to low kar lain.

    Jab Ghee gram hojaye to is may Gajar dal kar Gajar ka pani dry kar lain jab pani Dry hojaye to is may Cheeni shamil kar ke Gajar ko soft kar lain aur Cheeni ka Pani Dry kar lain.

    Jab Cheeni ka Pani Dry hojaye aur Gajar soft hojaye to Elachi powder aur Ghee add kar ke isye 20mint low flame par cook krye.

    After 20mints flame off kar dain Aur Halwa Thanda kar lain.Jab Halwa Thanda hojaye to is may Khoya aur Dry Fruits dal kar mix kar lain.

    Ab Gajar ka Halwa serving Dish may nikalye uper sy Khoya aur Dry Fruits dal kar Serve krye.
