Ingredients

  1. 2 glassRice
  2. 1 cupSpanish (palak )leaves
  3. 1/2 cupCoriander (dhaniya) leaves
  4. 1/2 cupMint(pudina) leaves
  5. 1 cupPeas
  6. 1Carrot medium
  7. 2 Potato medium
  8. 8Green chilli
  9. 1Onion medium
  10. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  11. as neededAll khade masala (tej patta,black pepper,jeera,karan phool,etc)
  12. as per needMutton masala
  13. 2 tspCoriander powder
  14. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  15. 1 1/2 tspChilli powder
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 3 tbsp Oil
  18. 4 glasswarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Take Spanish+coriander+mint+green chilli and make a paste.

    Cut the carrot in round shape

    Cut potato small and sliced onions

  4. 4

    Take a cooker add oil

  5. 5

    Then add all spices then add onion

  6. 6

    When onion get golden colour add ginger garlic paste

  7. 7

    Then add all vegetables cook for 30 second

    Add green paste

  9. 9

    Cook for 3 minutes

    Add chilli powder, coriander powder,termaric powder and mutton masala.

    Soak the rice in water and then strain the water

  12. 12

    Add rice and salt to it and mix it

    Add hot water in it

  14. 14

    Close the cook lid and cook till 2 Wiesels.

  15. 15

    Serve it hot with curry
