Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchopped broccoli
  2. 4-5sliced button mushroom
  3. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  4. 1/2 cupboiled corns
  5. 1/4 cupcheese
  6. 3-4minced garlic cloves
  7. 1finely chopped onion
  8. 2 teaspoonred chilli sauce
  9. 2 teaspoonsoya sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  11. 3 cupvegetable stock
  12. 1 tablespoonoil or butter
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper Powder
  15. 1 cupdeep fried noodles
  16. 3 tablespooncorn flour
  17. 2 tspCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    1. Heat butter in a wok.

    2. Add garlic in it & soute them for one minute. Add onions in it and soute for two minutes.

    3. Now add mushroom, beans and corns in it and soute them for two minutes.

    4. Now add broccoli in it. Stir well.

    5. Add salt and pepper in it. Mix well.

    6. Add vegetable stock or three cup water in it. Let it come to boil.

    7. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce & vinegar in it. stir well.

    8. Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup water and add in to the soup & cook until thickens.

    9. Cut cheese or tofu into cubes and add in it.

    It's ready. Serve hot with fried noodles.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
