Ingredients

  • 1chopped spring onion
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • 1finely chopped carrot
  • 6chopped beans
  • 1/2 cupsmall paneer cubes
  • 5chopped mushrooms
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp each soya and tomato sauce
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • as neededFried noodles for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil 6 cups water

  2. 2

    Add all chopped vegies

  3. 3

    After 1 boil simmer for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Put salt and pepper

  5. 5

    1n a bowl of water mix cornflour and sauces

  6. 6

    Put in the soup and boil 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Garnish with crispy noodles

  8. 8

    Serve hot
