Til Khoye ke Laddoo

Every year on Sakat Chauth or Tilkut Chauth, it is a tradition at my home to prepare these sesame and jaggery laddoos as prasad for Lord Ganesha.
These laddoos require just 3 basic ingredients i.e. khoya, jaggery and sesame seeds, and only take 20 mins to make.
You can keep them in an air tight container in the refrigerator, and they'll easily last for up to a week.
Do try them out and let me know if you like them 😊

Zhīma Tāngyuán Black Sesame Dumplings Zhīma Tāngyuán Black Sesame Dumplings
If you ask for sesame dumplings in China, this is what you get. In Taiwan, it's served with cold syrup. This is much healthier and tastier than fried dumplings, but I never get these in Chinese restaurants here. That's why I decided to make them at home!If you freeze them after they're boiled, you only need to microwave them to serve. You can also chill or freeze the black sesame filling separately. It's also amazing when served floating in your favorite drinks or syrup. Toast slowly and patiently so that they don't burn.
