Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 6. Peel and chop the vegetables into similar sized pieces.
- 2
In a large baking-tray add the chopped veg. Add the balsamic vinegar, oil, rosemary, sugar and salt to the veg. Stir the veg so they are all coated with flavour! Add the unpeeled garlic into the veg.
- 3
Pop in the oven and cook for 40-50 minutes. Carrots take a while to cook so make sure they're soft before taking them out of the oven. Halfway through them cooking give the veg a shake (or stir) to make sure they all cook evenly.

Baked Sea Bream Carpaccio with Cherry Tomatoes and Capers Baked Sea Bream Carpaccio with Cherry Tomatoes and Capers
There's a lot of love in the air, and what better way to celebrate than with easy, no-fuss dishes.Today I want to share a clever recipe I often make when I find fresh fish. It's perfect for when I want to serve a nice dinner but don't have much time. You can customize it however you like—with citrus, ginger, chili pepper—and create a different dish each time to suit your guests' tastes.I like to serve it right on the tray, but you can also line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then transfer everything to a serving platter.Since my husband doesn't like raw marinated fish, I baked it in a preheated oven for five minutes at 350°F (180°C).At this point, the dish is ready.Quick, tasty, and colorful—perfect as an appetizer or a main course.
