Ingredients

  1. Mandi Masala
  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  4. 5cloves
  5. 4cardamom
  6. 1/2cinnamon stick
  7. 1 tspblack pepper corns
  8. 1/2 tspdry lemon powder
  9. 1bay leaves
  10. 1/2 tspginger powder
  11. Marination
  12. 1full chicken
  13. 3 tbspMandi Masala
  14. 1/4 tspyellow food colour
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  17. Rice
  18. 1/2 kgbasmati rice or sella rice
  19. 1cinnamon stick
  20. 3green cardamom
  21. 2black cardamom
  22. 1/2 piecenutmeg
  23. 5cloves
  24. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  25. Salt to taste
  26. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  27. 1/2 tspginger paste
  28. 1/2 cupoil
  29. Water as required
  30. Garnish
  31. French fries as required
  32. 1onion (crispy brown onion)

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast all ingredients of Mandi Masala and turn off the heat and allow it to cool and grind well.

    Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and Mandi Masala.

    Put the strainer on the pot put Chicken on the stainer and cover it with a lid on low medium heat for 25 minutes. In the end give the coal smoke.

    Wash and soak basmati rice for at least 15 minutes.
    Take a pan add oil ginger garlic paste and all spices and stir well.

    Add water, once it starts boiling add rice and cook pulao style.

    Dish out the rice garnish with fried onion, french fries and put Chicken on it and serve hot.(I didn't add raisin and almond because my children didn't like if you like you can add raisins)
