The Arabian Chicken Mandi is a traditional Yemeni dish and it's very popular among all the Arab countries.
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast all ingredients of Mandi Masala and turn off the heat and allow it to cool and grind well.

Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and Mandi Masala.

Put the strainer on the pot put Chicken on the stainer and cover it with a lid on low medium heat for 25 minutes. In the end give the coal smoke.

Wash and soak basmati rice for at least 15 minutes.
Take a pan add oil ginger garlic paste and all spices and stir well. - 5
Add water, once it starts boiling add rice and cook pulao style.

Dish out the rice garnish with fried onion, french fries and put Chicken on it and serve hot.(I didn't add raisin and almond because my children didn't like if you like you can add raisins)
