Cooking Instructions

Heat wok add oil, onion fry it. Add chicken boneless mixed it. Then add biryani masala. Cook it for 5mins.

Add Yougart and cover it for 10to 15 mins. When chicken tender, keep aside.

In another wok spread layer of boiled rice then layer of chicken again rice, add color. Simmer it cover with lid.

After 5 mins open lid and mixed it up side down. Serve hot.

Chicken Biryani Chicken Biryani
This dish may take a little while, but the steamed rice comes out ethereal, fragranced with the whole spices. I used Shan brand biryani seasoning per the recommendation of my friend who grew up making this dish. Remember to remove the whole spices before eating. I saw chicken biryani and chukauni on TV and thought they looked good so I made this along with chicken biryanito commemorate leaving my home in India and starting my life abroad.This is much better if you make it and chill in the refrigerator a day before eating.Chukauni is a Nepalese dish.
