Cooking Instructions

Take a kadai put oil in it. When it comes to heat add garlic and whole red chilli in it.

Then add jeera and dhaniya.

Now add chopped onions in it and saute for a min.

Now add salt and mix it well.

Add chopped green leaves,give it a nice mix.

Cook it for 10-15mins in low to medium flame.

Stir occasionally.

Mooli ki bhurji is ready. Serve it hot with chapati, paratha or poori.
