Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 1/4 cupoil
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2green capsicum chopped into strips
  5. 1 teaspooncrushed garlic
  6. 1medium sized onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil your beef with a 1 cup of water.
    When the water is about to finish up..add in salt and oil...and simmer..

    Then gently turn when the water is dried up..

    Turn your beef until it starts to turn golden brown then add garlic..

  4. 4

    Keep on turning your beef until you smell a sweet aroma the add your sliced onions...then sauteé them..add in your capsicum and cook on low heat for 2 minutes...remove and serve with kachumbari and ugali😋😋💕
