Ingredients

  1. stripsGood amount of beef cut into
  2. 2 tablespoonscornflour
  3. 3 tablespoonssesmane oil
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2 clovesgarlic crushed
  6. 1 cupgreen peas cut into strips
  7. 2large carrots cut into strips
  8. 3green peppers cut into chunks
  9. 2red bell peppers cut into chunks
  10. 3 tablespoonssoy have
  11. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  12. 1/2 (1 teaspoon)cayenne pepper
  13. Black pepper
  14. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Place the sliced beef in a large bowl. Sprinkle the cornflour over the beef slices and mix to coat, pour the soy sauce over. Mix and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Heat 3 the oil, cook and stir the onion and garlic in the hot oil until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

    Stir the oyster sauce into the onion and garlic; season with salt and pepper add the beef and allow to cook, then add the vegetable and stir until the vegetables are slightly tender, yet still crisp, 7 to 10 minutes.
