Ingredients

  • 2large chicken breast - cut into strips
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 tbspgarlic & ginger (fresh)
  • 1 1/2green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 1/4 bunchspinach
  • 1 1/4 bunchbrocolli
  • 2carrots cut into strips
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspchicken spice
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspchili powder

Steps

    In a pan; add

    Mix all together for about 10 minutes; add

    Add spinach; carrots & brocolli and cover for 5 minutes. Mix it and serve. Never over Cook your vegetables; a little crunch is great"
