  3. 2 tspGinger garlic paste

  8. 1 cupWater
  9. 1/4 tspBlack salt
  10. 1 tspChole masala
  11. 1/2 tspAjwain/ Carom seeds
  12. 4-5Curry leaves
  13. For bhatura
  14. 1/2 cupgram flour
  15. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  16. 1/2 tspAjwain / Carom seeds
  17. 1/3 tspPowder sugar
  18. 1 pinchBaking soda
  19. 1/4 cupFresh curd

    For bhatura mix all the flour n all ingredients mash it well n make a soft dough with the help of water

    Make a fine paste of onion tomato green chilli ginger garlic kept aside

    Heat the pan add oil then add ajawain curryleaves saute it then add paste n saute it till oil seprate from the gravy then add coriander turmeric green chilli black salt salt n saute it for 1 min then add sauce chole masala kabuli chana water n cook it for 5 min chole is ready

    For bhatura heat the oil in the pan take a small ball of dough n roll it with the help of roller pin then fry it till golden brown your bhathura is ready
