In a kadhai add oil. When it's hot add hing powder.

Then add Green chillies and saute for 5 minutes.

Then add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric powder,salt and mix well.

Then add garlic cloves and coriander leaves.Mix well and switch off the flame. Allow it to cool

Once cooled completely add the mixture in a mixer and grind coarsely. Enjoy with Jowar Bhakri.
