After me and Sonia made wild garlic pesto I then parie up with my #leftover udon I have in the fridge and edamame. It’s soooooo delicious!!!
Cooking Instructions

Blanched udon for a few minutes in boiling water in the saucepan just to heat up your noodles. Drain and put back in the saucepan

Add some pesto, edamame and mix well. Taste and add pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and serve. Garnish with lemon zest and some chilli flakes.
