Wild garlic pesto 💚

I didn’t have enough wild garlic leaves so I add some chives and spring onions in as well. It’s so delicious thank you. I have mine with udon noodles and edamame beans. It was a re delicious lunch!!

Prep all the ingredients, if you manage to find a big bunch of wild garlic please use just wild garlic. I only managed to pick a few in my garden so I use chives and spring onions foe the substitute. Toast your cashew nuts on the low heat pan for a couple minutes. Remove from the pan.

Add everything together in the food processor or blender. Blitz until all combined. You can keep it in the sterilised jar with lid in the fridge.
Delicious with pasta or noodles.
