Is inspired through UK TV Cookery Shows. The Recipe for the Apple Sauce is based on shop bought Apple Sauce and of my experience of cooking Bramley Apples that can naturally puree through long cooking.Serve with a Roast Dinner,or with chips and garden peas.

Have eventually made a homemade Apple Sauce - 1/4/21 - Did use 8 Bramley Apples, enough cold water to prevent over flowing - I used a medium saucepan - boiled the Bramley Apples down to a mush and then rightly,or wrongly,I added 500g of Granulated Sugar - might have used too much - but I wanted to use up the rest of the Sugar Pack for it had a hole at the side of the paper Sugar bag.Too add tiny cube's of the same type of Dessert Apple seems like a good idea - I may do that another day.
