Ingredients

10-15 mints
3-4 servings
  1. 3eggs
  2. 3 ts milk
  3. 2-3 ts oil
  4. 1medium chopped onion
  5. 1medium chopped tomato
  6. 1 ts g.g paste
  7. leavesfew chopped coriander
  8. 3-4green chillies
  9. salt to taste
  10. pinchblack pepper
  11. half ts chat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat eggs in a bowl, add milk and whisk well, set aside

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add g.g paste and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Add onions and cook until tender

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomatoes and all spices

  5. 5

    Mix well and bonify the masala

  6. 6

    Now add beated eggs and mix well until mixture get combine, and oil comes from corners

  7. 7

    Spread green chillies and coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati
