Cooking Instructions

Soak dal for 1 hour
- 2
Now take a pot, add oil,add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder
- 3
Make spices saute into oil and add soaked dal.

Add required amount of water also for dal.

Cover with lid
- 6
After 25 minutes check dal,add coriander leaves and whole red chilli.

Add ginger for garnishing.
Mash dal is ready to eat.
