Cooking Instructions

Cut and wash the Beef and keep aside.heat some vegetable oil in skillet or pan and add the grated Onion,Scotch bonnet,Black pepper,Cardamom,rosemary, garlic masala or you can use spices of your choice

Loosen the sauce with the water then add Beef,salt and seasoning to taste cook it till tender

Add cooked Potato and carrot Lower the heat and cook for some mins till carrots are tender

Finally cut the fresh parsley add,simmer for few minutes and serve. DONE
