Ingredients

  1. 1 cupshredded red cabbage
  2. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  3. 1 cupshredded carrot
  4. 1 cupshredded beetroot
  5. 1thinly sliced cucumber
  6. 1 cupthinly sliced tomatoes
  7. 1 cupthinly sliced red bell pepper
  8. 1shredded Apple
  9. 6lettuce leaves
  10. 2 tbsproasted pumpkin seeds
  11. 2 tbsproasted sesame seeds
  12. Dressing -
  13. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  14. 2 teaspoonenglish mustard
  15. 1 tbsplemon juice
  16. 1 tbspolive oil
  17. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Prepared all the things needed for the salad.

    To prepare dressing, add everything in a bowl and mix it well.

    To prepare salad, add prepared vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with some dressing. Add roasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds to it and give it a good stir. Do not add dressing in everything at once. It can be added as it is needed, otherwise the salad will become soggy.

    Serve rainbow salad as a side dish.
