Ingredients

  1. 1 kgwheat flour
  2. 1/4green beans
  3. Water
  4. Sugar
  5. 2coconuts grated
  6. Salt
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 2medium chopped onions
  9. 2medium chopped tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Put water together with your beans and salt to taste and let it cook.

    Mix the flour, some coconut milk, some warm water,salt to taste, some sugar and cooking oil. Then knead until it thickens. Then cover and let it rest for sometime before you start cooking.

    When beans are almost ready, put in your light coconut milk and it cook until it dries up.

    Then take another cooking pan and put some cooking oil. Let it heat then add in the chopped onions. Let them cook until they turn golden brown.

    Then add in tomatoes and let them cook well. After add in your beans stir and add in your heavy coconut milk. Let them boil for some minutes

    Then serve and enjoy with your soft coconut chapatis
