Ingredients

  1. 1+ 1/2 bowl ram flour
  2. as required Green Food Color
  3. As needed Red Food Color
  4. 1 bowlsugar
  5. as required Water for half a bowl of syrup
  6. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  7. as requiredOil or ghee for frying

    First sift the chickpea flour. Add water as required and prepare a little thicker batter.

    Now take that batter little by little in 2 bowls. Add green color in one bowl and red color in the other bowl and mix well.

    To make syrup, take 1 bowl of sugar, 1/2 bowl of water in a pan and prepare less than one string of syrup. Add cardamom powder. Leave it covered.

    To make bundi, when the oil is hot, add the batter with a perforated Zara or a spoon in the grater and fry the bundi.

    Prepare all the bundi fry in this way.

    Now add all the bundis in hot syrup and cover for ten minutes. After ten minutes, add the seeds of the cereal and prepare the laddu make. The ladu of colorful bundi is ready.
