Cooking Instructions

Chop the onion into smaller blocks.

Add oil to a pot. Add the chopped onions and fry until translucent.

Chop the garlic and add to the pot. Fry for a few minutes.

Chop the carrots and celery. Add to the onions. Fry until soft.

Add the mince and fry until cooked. Stirring occasionally.

Add the tin of whole tomatoes. Add the worcestershire sauce, stock, tomato paste, salt, chilli flakes and pepper.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Let the saucd thickened a bit.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In another pot melt the butter. Add the flour and mix while slowly heating. Add the milk while whisking and bring to a boil.

Add 100g grated cheese and whisk.

Spread a layer of cheese sauce. Top with a layer of lasagna sheets.

Add a layer of mince. Repeat with 2 more layers.

Add a thick layer of grated cheese.

Bake for 40-50 minutes in a 180°C oven.
