Ingredients

  1. 250 grampaneer cubes
  2. 1green capsicum chopped to cubes
  3. 1medium onion chopped to squares
  4. 3/4 cupfresh hung curd
  5. 1 Tbspmustard oil
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  9. 2 tsptandoori masala (homemade)
  10. 1 tspginger powder
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspchaat masala
  13. 1 tspcrushed kasoori methi
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. 4 tsproasted gram flour (besan)
  16. as requiredOil to drizzle
  17. as required Metal skewers

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take all the dry masala mentioned above. Then add garlic paste and hung curd. Mix well.

    Now add the lemon juice and roasted gram flour. First add paneer cubes followed by capsicum cubes and onion chunks.

    Coat the marinade nicely in each cube, using palm. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Arrange all marinated cubes in skewers alternatively.

    Roast all sides of skewer drizzling little oil on gas burner in medium heat. It takes 10-12 minutes per skewer to roast.

    Squeeze lemon juice on roasted tikkas and serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
