This is a simple, quick, delicious and healthy recipe. Great for a week night when you want something good and filling and you don’t have enough time to cook ;)
Cooking Instructions

Clean the chicken well under fresh tap water and cut the veggies the way you like. I usually don’t cut the broccolini. Turn oven on 190 on fan.

In a small mixer or glass jar add olive oil, lemon juice, water and mustard and mix well.
- 3
In a pyrex dish throw all veggies and then add the chicken legs on top. Drizzle with the wine, and then add the mustard sauce you made from above step.

Check after 1 hour and 10 min to see if the chicken is ready, it should look golden and veggies should be ready. Enjoy!
