I love to cook this because even though it tastes nothing like rice my mind is a little fooled when i see this as a side dish. This is also a great way to cook cauliflower for kids. The flavor is very rich and it's a great side dish with meat poultry or fish. If you like to cook healthy, non-carb or just looking for fast and easy side dish this recipe is a good choice.

Ingredients

  1. 1 headLarge cauliflower
  2. 5 tbspbutter or you can use pam if you are vegan
  3. 1 tspbouillon powder or some all spice seasoning to taste
  4. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In the food procesor Grind the cauliflower to rice size or chop it to rice size

    Sauté for 1 min the cauliflower with the butter add bouillon or all spice salt and pepper to taste

    Add just enough water to simmer so the cauliflower can be fully cooked but no water remaining when served. If you have too much water just drain the excess and adjust seasoning with a little more butter and seasoning.

    You can experiment with the cauliflower adjusting how Cooked you like it either well done or a little bit crunchy.
