To make granulated sugar, blend normal table sugar to fine the granules. Beat the sugar and fat until soft and fluffy. Add in the eggs and beat some more. Do the same after adding in the passion flavoring.

Sift in the dry ingredients and fold them in to combine. Add in milk and beat until it's even and smooth.

Line the cupcake tin with cupcake cases. Using a tablespoon, scoop the batter and half-fill the cupcake cases. Using a spoon or a finger, smoothen the batter into the cases for evenness. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once done, remove the cupcakes from the tin and let them cool for about 10 minute and enjoy.
