preheat oven 350°F

for butter milk put 1tbs vinegar or lemon juice in a cup of milk stir let sit 5 minutes

cream together butter sugar eggs and vanilla

wisk together dry ingredients and add them to butter mixture add in butter milk and coffee..add about 5drops peppermint oil stir well

add into cupcake papers in a cupcake pan about 3/4 of the way full

bake 20-23 min.or until toothpick comes out clean

I decorated with my cream cheese icing chocolate covered candies and Andes candies
