Umarnin dafa abinci

Soak rice for about 10minutes in tap water. Pick moringa leaves and soak in hot water for about 10 minutes

Add moringa chopped onion and blended mixture of pepper scotch bonnet and garlic after draining or squeezing out excess water from rice

Add seasoning and spice and mix

Put water to boil and add mixture make annopening in the center where steam can come out

Cover with rice bag or nylon to trap in steam

Then cover pot and alow tho cook if you listen you hear the sound of Bubbles you might need not to add water if you dont add wter at the round hole you left in center

Dambu is ready enjoy with family
