Kayan aiki

  1. 2 cupsBeans
  2. 4Scotch bonnet
  3. Onions 1big size
  4. Onga
  5. Seasonings and spices
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 2Eggs
  8. Vegetable oil (for frying)

Umarnin dafa abinci

    Soak the beans in water, remove the black head and wash it

  2. 2

    Add your scotch bonnet, onions, and blend it or grind it using grinding machine to make a thick paste

  3. 3

    Add the seasonings and spices, salt and onga,beat for 10mins(it will make it fluppy)

  4. 4

    Break and whisk the eggs then add it to the beans paste, beat it again for 5mins(egg also adds to the floppyness of the snack)

    Heat oil in a deep fryer, scoop the paste into oil, deep fry it, turn the other side till golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve hot with grinded pepper (yaji)
