Cooking Instructions

Light Fry the golgappa pieces and keep the boiled potatoes, black gram and matar. Cut onions, green chilli, coriander leaves

In a bowl take boiled ingredients together. Add black salt, red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,onions, green chilli, gandhoraj lemon juice and mix nicely. Adjust salt to taste. Meanwhile take 2 tbsp of panipuri mixture and soak in 2 cup of water.

Now make hole in the middle of each golgappa and add the potato stuffing. On top sprinkle some chanchur and tomato ketchup. Dip into the panipuri water and enjoy.
