In a bowl add the mangoes pieces.

Next, add the sprouted green mung (also spelled moong) lentil.

Add the brown chickpea sprouts.

Next, add the onions and boiled potatoes.

Now add the tomatoes.

Next, add the cucumbers.

Now add the peanuts and chopped cilantro.

Next, add the chickpea flour puffs (boondi) and pomegranate seeds.

Finally, add the roasted cumin, black salt, lemon juice, and tamarind chutney.

Toss well.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
