  2. 4 piecesmarinated dried tomatoes
  3. 4 piecesmarinated artichokes
  4. Coriander
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Salt and pepper

    Prepare spelt using pressure cooker for 25 min. Cook excess amount and keep it in the fridge so that you can use for any quick meals.

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl, nothing else.

    Done. Parmigiano Reggiano works great too.
