Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmango pulp
  2. 1.5 cupdessicated coconut
  3. 1/4 cupsugar (or as per taste)
  4. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 5-6pistachios sliced
  7. 5-6almonds sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Take a heavy bottomed pan. Put it on medium-high heat. Add mango pulp and sugar. Stir it until sugar dissolves completely.

    Now add dessicated coconut and milk powder. Keep cooking till it thickens and starts to leave sides.

    At last add ghee and mix it well.

    Take the mixture out in a greased tray. Press evenly with the back of a spatula.

    Garnish with almonds and pistachios slices. Leave to cool and set.

    Slice and serve.
