  1. 1 cuprefined flour(maida)
  2. 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  4. 300 gmswhipped cream
  5. 3 tspcocoa powder
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 3/4 cupmilk
  10. 1 tspvinegar
  11. 2 tspbutter
  12. 3 tspoil
  13. Some silver balls
  14. as requiredChocolates

Cooking Instructions

    First, sieve all dry ingredients, mix it well (leave the sugar powder)

    Now take a bowl add butter, oil, and sugar powder whisked it nicely until light creamy.... (meanwhile mix vinegar in milk and stir keep the side.)

    Then add all dry ingredients, condensed milk whisk with hand beater or spatula... And add a little vinegar milk mix it cut and fold method...

    Now Pour the prepared batter into greased lined pan and bake in preheated microwave oven for 20 - 25 minutes on convection mode 180°.

    After 25 minutes check by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean means the cake is perfectly baked. Keep on a wire rack to cool completely. (Cover with a wet kitchen towel)

    Now After that cooling cut the cake into two part with a knife. Place the first layer of cake on a cake board, Spread whipped cream into an even layer on top of the cake. Add the second layer of cake on top and spread the whipped cream nicely

    And now decorate your cake as per your choice, I have used here some silver balls and chocolate.
