Ingredients

15 minutes
1 person
  1. 110 gspaghetti
  2. 80 gpancetta
  3. 1garlic bulb
  4. 3 tbspblack pepper
  5. 10 gparmesan
  6. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes

    Meanwhile, fry your pancetta in a pan for 10 minutes with a garlic bulb

  3. 3

    2 tbsp of black pepper to your pan

  4. 4

    Whisk an egg with your parmesan (save a little parmesan for garnish)

  5. 5

    Once your spaghetti’s done, drain and save a cup of the water

  6. 6

    Take your pan with pancetta off the heat and add your spaghetti and a splash of spaghetti water

  7. 7

    Add your egg and parmesan mixture and keep tossing to coat everything (adding more spaghetti water if needed)

  8. 8

    Serve with some more black pepper and more parmesan
