Ingredients

  1. 400 gchopped tomatoes
  2. 2 tspcumin
  3. 2 tspcayenne pepper
  4. 2 tspsmoked paprika
  5. 2 tspgarlic
  6. 2 tspsalt
  7. 2 tsppepper
  8. 1 tspchilli powder
  9. 50 gred onion
  10. 25 gred pepper
  11. 2eggs
  12. Coriander for garnish
  13. Chilli flakes for garnish

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry off pepper and onion for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add chopped tomatoes along with seasonings, cook slowly for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Make a whole in tomatoes and crack your eggs and leave until the eggs are set

  4. 4

    Serve and garnish with coriander and chilli flakes
