Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcurd
  2. 1small onion finely chopped
  3. 1green chilli chopped
  4. Halfcup paneer crumbled
  5. Halfcup grated carrot
  6. 1 tbspgramflour
  7. Halfcup grated cauliflower
  8. Halfcup boiled potatoes
  9. Halfcup grated radish
  10. 1 tbspsalt
  11. 1 tspblack pepper
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 1 tspcumin powder
  15. 1 tspginger garlic grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First hung the curd for at least 1 hour or maximum in a cotton cloth to drain whole water.because we need hung curd like cheese totally dry thick.

    Now after drain whole water.strain all extra water from cauliflower,carrots,onion and radish.

    Mix all the ingredients and spices together and take a nonstick pan.put little oil and make balls of mixture.start roasting from one side.we can make 3 to 4 kebabs in one time.

    If mixture looks very loose please add more gramflour or corn flour.roast at low flame from both sides.enjoy so yumm healthy kababs.stay safe stay healthy and happy
